Common Questions About Our Dance Events
Everything you need to know about salsa classes in Cork, bachata nights in Dublin, and community gatherings across Ireland
Not at all — our beginner salsa classes are designed specifically for adults with no dance background. We start with basic steps, rhythm recognition, and partner connection. You'll be dancing with people at the same level, so there's no pressure or judgment.
We host Latin dance nights in Dublin Temple Bar every Saturday evening from 8pm onwards. It's a chance to practice what you've learned in classes, meet other dancers in your age group, and enjoy live Latin music in an authentic setting.
Yes, we run weekly social dance gatherings in Limerick on Wednesday evenings. They're more relaxed than our structured classes — think of them as casual meetups where you can dance, chat, and build friendships with other people over 45 who share your love of Latin dance.
Not at all. Many people come solo, and we rotate partners throughout the evening so everyone gets to dance with different people. It's a great way to meet others and build confidence without the pressure of having a fixed partner.
Wear comfortable clothes you can move in — jeans and a t-shirt are fine. For shoes, bring something with a smooth sole (leather or suede) so you can pivot and spin easily. Avoid rubber soles as they can catch on the floor. At our social nights, people often dress up a bit more, but it's entirely up to you.
